On 4th April 2026, please join us for kore’s first chef’s table — an intimate five-course tasting menu celebrating the arrival of spring.
Hosted by Michelin-trained, award-winning chef Sam, the evening will showcase seasonal, ingredient-led dishes guided by the very best local produce available that week.
With just 18 seats available, this is a thoughtful, chef-led experience designed to be shared around the table.
The full menu will remain a surprise, shaped by the finest spring produce available that week and led by the chef’s instinct and experience.
A considered vegetarian variation will be available. Please share any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Arrival from 6:30pm.
Dinner begins at 7:00pm.
