Booking Terms & Conditions

Tickets are priced at £80 per person.

A 25% deposit of £20 per person is payable at the time of booking to secure your place.

The remaining balance of £60 per person is payable on the evening of the event.

By completing your booking and paying the deposit, you agree to pay the outstanding balance in accordance with these terms.

We understand that plans can change and ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

More than 7 days before the event: Your deposit will be refunded in full.
Within 7 days of the event: Your deposit may be retained to cover costs and losses reasonably incurred as a result of your cancellation.
If you cannot attend: You are welcome to request a transfer of your reservation to another guest, subject to notifying us in advance and confirming any dietary requirements.

No additional cancellation charge will apply unless separately agreed in advance and permitted by law.

We are delighted to accommodate vegetarian guests and will endeavour to cater for other dietary requirements wherever possible.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so that Chef Sam can plan accordingly.

As we work in a kitchen handling a range of allergens, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

In the unlikely event that kore needs to cancel the evening, all payments received for the event will be refunded in full.

Should any significant changes to the experience become necessary, we will contact guests as soon as possible.

Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Terms & Conditions.
